3、As the key part of the whole motor, the armature (rotor) is processed by advanced tunnel insulation treatment system thus to upgrade its insulating resistance and heat dissipation.
4、The commutator is turned by the full-automatic finish turning machine to get high surface smoothness and small radial bounce, and the higher precision can be obtained through fine dynamic balance process. The commutator has a famous brand containing 3‰ of silver, which is durable so as to prolong the service life of the motor.
5、All structural parts are processed in the plant so as to ensure its deserved quality standard.
